Marcus Davis opened The Breakfast Klub near Houston's Third Ward in 2001 with two signature dishes -- Wings & Waffles from the West Coast and Katfish & Grits from the East. It became one of the highest-ranked Black-owned restaurants on Yelp and a Houston institution. Anthony Bourdain called it one of his favorite breakfasts in America.
