Each badge is personal. It links back to that brand's own verified profile, so it cannot be faked or borrowed. Only a claimed, verified brand can display its mark.

Ownership, confirmed
We confirm the brand is Black-owned before it ever appears. Founder names, company records, first-party sources. Not a guess, not a vibe.
A real business
A live storefront or product line, a working presence, a real founder behind it. We do not list ghosts or placeholders.
Checked by a human
Every entry is reviewed by hand, not scraped by a bot and left to rot. When something changes, we re-check it.
Never bought
Verification cannot be purchased, sponsored, or upgraded with an ad spend. The badge means the same thing for every brand that carries it.

The badge is not a public download. It lives inside your brand dashboard and is tied to your listing, so only the brand it belongs to can display it.

Get listed and claim
Your brand has to be in the directory and claimed by you. If you are not listed yet, submit your brand and we will verify it.

Log in to your dashboard
Once your profile is claimed and active, your badge is waiting in your brand dashboard, tied to your listing.

Grab your badge
Copy your personal embed code or profile link. The badge points back to your verified profile, so it is proof no one else can copy.
